Serenite Wellness is committed to providing high-quality, personalized care to each of our clients.

By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure a smooth, professional, and respectful experience for all clients.

Services

Our practice provides wellness services including reflexology, manual lymphatic drainage (Level One, Dr. Vodder International), health coaching, nursing foot care, functional cupping, and other holistic treatments. These services are intended to support overall wellbeing and relaxation. They are not a substitute for medical care, and we do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical conditions.

Clients should consult with their physician or healthcare professional before beginning any new wellness regimen, especially when managing chronic conditions, injuries, or pregnancy. Any health‑related information provided by Serenité Wellness is for educational and general wellness purposes only and should not be interpreted as medical advice.

Results and benefits may vary from person to person, and individual outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

By engaging in any service, clients acknowledge that Serenité Wellness and its practitioners are not liable for adverse reactions, injuries, or changes in health status that may occur during or after treatment. Clients participate in services at their own discretion and agree to disclose all relevant health information prior to treatment.

Add‑On Terms & Conditions

All add‑on services are intended for relaxation purposes only and are not a substitute for medical treatment or diagnosis. Some services may involve exposure to heat or cold; by participating, you acknowledge and accept the associated risks. Certain medical conditions may prevent the safe use of these services, and exceptions may apply at the discretion of Serenité Wellness. Please disclose any relevant health information prior to treatment.

 

Minors & Parental Consent

Serenité Wellness provides services to clients 16 years of age and older. Clients under the age of 18 must have parental or legal guardian consent prior to receiving any service. A parent or guardian may be required to remain on‑site and in the treatment room during the appointment at the discretion of the practitioner.

Serenité Wellness reserves the right to decline treatment if appropriate consent is not provided.

Hours of Operation & Pricing

Hours of operation and service pricing are subject to change at any time without prior written notice. Serenité Wellness will make every reasonable effort to notify active clients in advance of any updates or adjustments.

Appointments 

Appointments must be booked in advance. No walk‑ins are available.

Appointments can be scheduled online or by telephone/ text

Clients are expected to arrive on time to receive the full benefit of their session, as this time is reserved specifically for you.

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate your full session; however, appointments will end at the scheduled time to respect the next client’s booking.

If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, your appointment will be rescheduled to ensure all client bookings remain on schedule.

Late arrivals that result in a rescheduled appointment may be subject to a fee for last‑minute cancellation.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise specified.

We accept Cash, Debit, Credit Card & e-transfer. Practitioners do not carry Cash/Change. If paying with Cash, please have the exact amount. ​

Certain services may require a deposit at the time of booking.

Refund Policy

Payment for services is non‑refundable once a treatment has begun. If payment is required at the time of booking, refunds are available only when the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Refunds are issued at the discretion of the practitioner, and exceptions may apply in limited circumstances.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens!

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee.

No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in a charge of up to 100% of the service fee.

Gift Cards & Certificates

Gift cards and gift certificates issued by Serenité Wellness may be used toward eligible services as specified at the time of purchase. Expiration dates may vary depending on the promotion or circumstance and will be communicated at the time of issue.

Gift cards and certificates are non‑transferable without prior written permission from the owner of Serenité Wellness.

Refunds for gift cards or certificates may be issued only with a valid reason and within 30 days of purchase, at the discretion of Serenité Wellness.

 

Health & Safety

Clients must disclose all medical conditions, injuries, sensitivities, and any contagious skin conditions prior to treatment, including conditions currently being assessed or treated by a healthcare professional. Failure to disclose relevant health information releases Serenité Wellness and its practitioners from any liability for injury, adverse reactions, or damages that may occur.

We maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment for all clients.

If a client presents with symptoms of illness, Serenité Wellness reserves the right to reschedule the appointment to ensure the safety and wellbeing of both clients and practitioners.

 

Confidentiality & Privacy

We respect client confidentiality and never share personal information without consent. Data may be shared and collected in compliance with legal requirements, if requested by authorities.

Liability

All services provided by Serenité Wellness are intended for relaxation and general wellness support only. They are not a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis, or professional healthcare.

By participating in any service, clients acknowledge and accept that Serenité Wellness and its practitioners are not liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or aggravation of pre‑existing conditions that may occur during or after treatment.

Clients assume full responsibility for their own health and wellbeing when engaging in holistic therapies and agree to disclose all relevant medical information prior to treatment.

Code of Conduct

We expect mutual respect in all interactions.

Inappropriate, abusive, or disruptive behavior may result in the immediate termination of service without a refund.

Serenité Wellness reserves the right to deny or discontinue treatment to any person at any time, at the discretion of the practitioner.

Due to the nature of Serenité Wellness’ services, referrals are not required, and it is the client’s responsibility to seek additional or alternative care as needed.

Changes to Policies

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.

Serenité Wellness will make every reasonable effort to notify active clients in advance of any updates or adjustments.

Medical Information Disclaimer

Any health‑related information, guidance, or educational material provided by Serenité Wellness—whether during a session, through written materials, or in conversation—is for educational and general wellness purposes only. It is not intended to replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed healthcare professional. Clients should always consult a qualified medical provider regarding any health concerns, conditions, or treatment decisions.
