Why Serenite Wellness Doesn’t Offer Direct Billing

At Serenite Wellness, we understand that navigating insurance can be frustrating, and we truly appreciate your desire for convenience. However, we’ve made a thoughtful decision not to offer direct billing—and here’s why:

Insurance plans vary widely.

Coverage differs not only between providers but also between individual plans. This makes it difficult to guarantee eligibility, reimbursement amounts, or even whether a treatment qualifies—especially without access to your full policy details.

Delayed or denied payments are common.

Direct billing often results in long wait times, rejected claims, or partial reimbursements. As a small business, we simply can’t absorb the financial risk of unpaid treatments or chase down insurers for months.

We rely on timely payment to operate.

Unlike large clinics or chains, we don’t have the infrastructure to float unpaid invoices. Receiving payment at the time of service allows us to continue offering high-quality care, maintain fair pricing, and support our team.

It’s not about unwillingness—it’s about sustainability.

We’re not avoiding direct billing out of laziness or lack of care. In fact, we’re happy to provide detailed receipts and documentation to help you submit your claim quickly and easily.

We’re here to support your wellness journey, and we’ll do everything we can to make the reimbursement process smooth. Thank you for understanding and for supporting a local business that puts care first.
